President's Call to order. Welcoming remarks.
The meeting was called to order at 7:34pm.

Secretary's Report
A request was made for comments and changes to the September board meeting minutes in addition to the change that Beeler is a board member, not a guest. Frank made a motion to approve the minutes as distributed by email. Tony seconded the motion. The minutes were approved unanimously.

Treasurer's Report
Walt briefly reviewed the treasurer's report with the board. The 2007 budget is complete and ready for the vote in December. Paul motioned to approve the treasurer's report. Frank seconded. The report was accepted unanimously.

Christmas Party

The membership should bring what ever they feel like bringing, this should assure a good mix of meals, drinks and desserts. CFAS will provide the sandwich as last year.
