CFAS Monthly General Meeting Minutes

December 16, 2005

Attendees: 40+ members

Guests: Three.

1. President's Call to order. Welcoming remarks.

   Meeting was called to order at 7:15pm

1. Paul verified there was a quorum of attending members.

1. Alan reviewed the proposed budget for 2006 with the members present. Ray Jones moved to approve the proposed budget, an amorphous group seconded the motion vocally. The motion passed on a verbal vote with no one expressing opposition to the motion.

1. Walt called the meeting to a close at 7:19pm and wished everyone a good holiday season.
