1. Beeler Gausz announced the slate of candidates for the board of directors

   Beeler asked for additional nominations from the floor, there were none. Francisco Gonzales motioned to accept the slate as presented by Beeler. A member seconded Francisco's motion. The board was elected unanimously by the membership present.

   1. President: Tony Urzi

   2. Vice President: Frank Gutowski

   3. Treasurer: Alan Hoffberg

   4. Secretary: Paul Kronenwetter

   5. BMAL: Walt Hamler

2. The meeting continued on as planned following the elections.
