CFAS Membership Applications
For information about CFAS and membership

New or Renewing Membership applicants --
Membership renewal is due on January 1st for all members.

CFAS also accepts membership payments via PayPal. There is a slight fee for most transactions, see below. Send PayPal payments to treasurer@cfas.org.

NOTE: Effective immediately Astronomy magazine has increased the discounted yearly subscription for CFAS members to $34.00. They do have a two-year discounted subscription available for $60. If you are interested in the two-year subscription along with two-year CFAS membership, please contact the CFAS Treasurer directly.

Dues:
CFAS is currently accepting membership for calendar year 2010

New Membership between July and September is as follows:
Regular Membership $17.50 (Paypal: $18.20)
Patron Membership $25.00 (Paypal: $25.00)

Renewal of existing (2009 or prior) membership or New membership effective January 1, 2010 is as follows:
Regular Membership $35.00, PayPal: $36.09
Patron Membership $50.00, PayPal: $50.00

All memberships are due for renewal on January 1 of each year.
Renewal of your Membership is always for a full year.

Online Membership Application Forms
Membership/Merchandise Order/Print/PayPal and general merchandise order form. Fill in the form on-line, print it, and optionally (a) mail it with a check to CFAS or (b) submit to PayPal with a click on the PayPal logo to eliminate the mailing fuss.

Type in the information using your computer keyboard, and mail the form and check (no cash or money orders) to CFAS.

Blank Membership Application Form
Print the form on your computer printer, fill in the form with pen or pencil, and mail the form and check (no cash or money orders) to CFAS.

This is secure, no information is transferred over the Internet), print completed form on your computer printer, place in envelope, and mail the completed form with payment to the address below.
